Ashtanga Mysore practice is a self-paced kind of practice.
The room is open at the beginning of the session and is available within that time frame.
It is not a traditional led class, but there is an instructor there that can help guide you. You are welcome to come anytime during the open times. Typically, someone might spend from 30 min to 90 min on their own practice routine that has been established over time with help and instruction.
You are welcome to come try it out without experience. The instructor will be happy to discuss or guide you, and you can stay for shorter or longer amounts of time each time you come.
