Ashtanga Mysore practice is a self-paced kind of practice.
The room is open at the beginning of the session and is available within that time frame.
It is not a traditional led class but there is an instructor there that can help guide you. You are welcome to come anytime during the open times. Typically someone might spend from 30min to 90min on their own practice routine that has been established over time with help and instruction.
You are welcome to come try it out without experience. The instructor will be happy to discuss or guide you and you can stay for shorter or longer amounts of time each time you come.
It is possible that emails are accidentally getting directed to a spam folder.
Manually check your SPAM or JUNK folders to see if this is the case.
Whitelist emails that you find, some of the emails that come from our system are from “firstname.lastname@example.org" and some may come from “email@example.com" Some are also delivered by the "MailChimp" email platform and will be labeled as such in the footer of those emails.

Open an email from the sender you want to whitelist.
Click on the sender's name and a drop down will pop up.
Click Add to Contact .
Fill the details in New Contact pop up and click Add Contact
Access your Account online or through our app to see if you can correct any failed charges or update your CC info. If you see something that does not seem right, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 518-406-8077.
